Home in Hilliard is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive community where older adults can age in place with dignity, independence, and a strong social network. We provide essential services, volunteer opportunities, and advocacy to ensure that all members of our community have the resources they need to thrive. The mission of HiH is:

To help as many older adults as possible age in place, for as long as possible, as inexpensively as possible…while strengthening and reweaving the social fabric of our community among residents of all ages.

Home in Hilliard is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults in the Hilliard area age safely and independently in the homes they love. Through a network of trained volunteers, we provide practical support like transportation, light home maintenance, tech help, and friendly visits—all designed to reduce isolation and strengthen community connections. We believe aging is a chapter worth celebrating and that neighbors helping neighbors is one of the most powerful ways to create a caring, inclusive city for all generations. Home in Hilliard is proud to be part of the Village to Village Network, a nationwide community of organizations working to redefine aging in place.
