La Jolla Playhouse is a professional, not-for-profit theatre located in La Jolla, CA. From Broadway to Moscow, a long list of Playhouse productions have gone on to other stages around the world. Founded in 1947, the Playhouse has merited over 300 major honors including the1993 Tony Award as America’s Outstanding Regional Theatre.
