The mission of the Center for Rural Assistance is to offer assistance for sustainable and participative development of rural communities by increasing their individual and institutional capacity to manage their development resource. Its objectives are: 1) To stimulate and encourage a pro-active attitude of rural communities towards sustainable development 2) To develop strategic, sustainable and efficient partnerships 3) To disseminate stories of success and failure regarding rural development 4) To develop specific methods and tools for rural development
