YWAM Converge/Student Mobilization Centre's mission is to mobilize students and young professionals to respond to the Great Commission by knowing God and making Him known through their life’s work. We recruit, equip, and place students ready to serve and learn cross-culturally.

Through Converge, we are resourcing partner projects serving communities with student and young professional volunteers through a cloud-based internship matching, training, and placement program.
