OUTSTANDING STARZ FOUNDATION

Founded in April 2015, the Outstanding Starz Dance Team and Foundation was created with a mission to make the art of dance accessible to every child with a passion for movement. Over the past decade, we have empowered more than 300 young individuals, providing them with opportunities to grow as dancers, scholars, and community leaders.

At Outstanding Starz, we believe that dance is more than an art form-it is a tool for discipline, leadership, and personal growth. Our students uphold high academic and personal standards, maintaining a 3.0 GPA, completing at least 30 hours of community service annually, and demonstrating excellence in all aspects of their lives. Our motto, "Outstanding in Everything We Do," reflects our commitment to instilling strong values, work ethic, and confidence in every dancer.

Beyond dance instruction, we expose our youth to new experiences and opportunities that shape their futures. We take them on trips beyond St. Louis, support their entrepreneurial ambitions, connect them with specialized training programs, and provide access to educational and career-building resources. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every young person in our program knows they are supported, valued, and capable of achieving greatness.
