Our Community Place (OCP) is a medium size nonprofit serving those who are low income, chronically homeless, and marginalized from our city and surrounding counties. We meet the immediate needs of those who are homeless with a day program, as well as case management, rep payee program, housing placements, and much more. Activities are geared to welcoming everyone in the world, and a big focus is creating community and support. Activities include game days, art therapy, field trips, community meals, etc. OCP believes that taking care of staff helps us to take care of our community members (clients), so fulltime at OCP is 4.5 days (36 hours) with generous leave and wellness policies.
