A reconstruction of the original fortified portion of Charlestown (nee Number 4) The Fort at No. 4 is an Open Air/Living History Museum whch focuses on civilian life in the Upper Connecticut Valley during the Colonial and Early Federal Eras. The Museum uses tge lens of this early period to engender a greater understanding of contemporary life.
