America Needs You - New Jersey

America Needs You - New Jersey fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students in northern and central NJ. We do this by providing transformative mentorship and intensive career development. We have achieved remarkable growth in the past 5 years by mobilizing hundreds of volunteers to increase the number of students we annually serve in our intensive Fellows Program from 25 to 50, which means we need mentors! Why should you mentor?         

• Develop a one-on-one mentoring relationship with your Fellow and help him/her achieve career success.  
• Serve as a role model and resource for your class of Fellows and Mentors.        
• Network with highly accomplished, industry-diverse young professionals.
