Womafreesm is an international women’s nonprofit and U.S. 501(c)(3) Public Charity building a global infrastructure for women’s influence. Our mission is to make women’s lived realities a required foundation for the design of laws, technologies, healthcare protocols, economic models, labor markets, social systems, cultural norms, and international decisions.

We transform women’s lived experiences into data, data into evidence, and evidence into rules, laws, standards, protection mechanisms, and institutional decisions. Womafreesm turns women’s lived experiences into data and evidence that can become the basis for new rules, laws, standards, technologies, healthcare protocols, public policies, and institutional decisions.

Womafreesm’s mission is to establish women’s lived realities as a required foundation for the design of laws, technologies, artificial intelligence systems, healthcare protocols, economic models, labor markets, social systems, cultural norms, and international decisions. The organization transforms lived experience into data, data into evidence, and evidence into standards, protection mechanisms, legal pathways, policy recommendations, and institutional action. Its operating architecture combines Evidence Data, Legal Rapid Response, and Infrastructure, creating a pathway from personal reality to institutional weight and systemic change.

The organization works across women’s rights, gender equality, women’s health and safety, economic participation, labor markets, age and gender bias, AI bias, public policy, legal protection, institutional design, international cooperation, and social impact.

Womafreesm is developing the Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index, a global research program examining how economies, healthcare systems, labor markets, law, artificial intelligence, technology, marketing, public programs, and institutions account for the real stages and responsibilities of women’s lives. These include motherhood, unpaid care, career interruptions, perimenopause and menopause, aging, healthcare access, economic security, civic participation, and digital and algorithmic visibility. The program is designed to create comparative evidence, Data Briefs, Evidence Briefs, Policy Briefs, country analyses, institutional recommendations, and the methodological foundation for the Equal Consideration Standard.

Womafreesm is also conducting the International Audit of Systematic Misclassification and Underrepresentation of Women Aged 45-64 in Market and AI Systems. Its first phase covers Germany, Poland, Spain, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom and examines women’s visibility, authority, relevance, and perceived value across marketing, recruitment, and generative artificial intelligence.

The Equal Consideration Standard is being developed as a practical framework for assessing whether laws, technologies, AI systems, healthcare protocols, products, labor-market practices, corporate decisions, and public programs account for the real parameters of women’s lives. It translates evidence into diagnostics, risk assessments, institutional recommendations, and implementation pathways.

The Womafreesm Women’s Protection Pathway is designed as a safe entry point for risk assessment, case structuring, documentation, and referral to qualified services within available infrastructure and applicable jurisdiction. Legal Rapid Response supports legal assessment, jurisdictional mapping, referral to qualified partners, case coordination, and institutional escalation when appropriate. The Womafreesm World Women’s Assembly is being developed as an international coordination infrastructure connecting women’s organizations, researchers, experts, lawyers, human rights defenders, universities, and institutions, linking local experience with evidence, policy, standards, and coordinated action.

Womafreesm connects women, civil society organizations, women’s rights organizations, researchers, universities, research centers, foundations, companies, technology teams, legal professionals, media, public institutions, and international organizations.
