Alternatives, Inc. is a non-profit youth and family agency with a mission to facilitate personal development, strengthen family relationship and enhance the community's well-being. Alternatives' core focus areas include leadership development, academic enrichment, counseling and violence and substance abuse prevention.

Alternatives, Inc. serves 3,000 youth and families annually in Chicago's northeast communities of Uptown, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Lakeview, North Center, Lincoln Square and West Ridge.
