Founded in 2015 by a coalition of affordable housing, mental health, and public health advocates, MNHC provides affordable housing and supportive services to low-income individuals and those experiencing homelessness. MNHC owns three buildings, offering 39 units of supportive housing to adults and college-aged students across Malden, Medford, Everett, and surrounding communities.
Metro North’s goals are to end homelessness and provide safe affordable housing that allows extremely low-income people to have a stable foundation for development and growth. Metro North believes that all people should be able to live safely and securely, in high quality, well maintained, supportive environment.
