The Thypin Oltchick Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at FEGS’ Health and Human Services System is a free, one-stop free information and referral source that helps aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners identify the most reliable resources available in the New York City area. The Institute administers the Women’s Enterprise Action Loan Fund, which makes loans to viable New York area, women-owned businesses. The Institute is a strategic associate of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
