Durham Success Summit equips Durham youth ages 16–24 with the coaching, networks, and opportunities to build stable, fulfilling careers — closing the gap between Durham's economic potential and the young people too often left out of it.

Young people ages 16–24 face higher unemployment rates than any other age group in the U.S., with rates particularly elevated among youth of color, low-income communities, and those with justice system involvement. Many remain trapped in low-wage jobs that offer no path to stability.

The cost is staggering — billions in lost productivity, families struggling to achieve stability, and communities denied the full contribution of an entire generation.
