The International Emergency Response and Rescue Technology Alliance (IERRTA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing global safety and resilience. Our mission is to unite the world’s most advanced rescue concepts, technologies, and equipment, and to foster international cooperation in disaster response. We focus on addressing the increasing challenges of man-made and natural emergencies—such as building collapses, fires, and water-related disasters—through training, technical exchange, and the donation of cutting-edge rescue equipment. By building bridges between nations, we empower first responders, support communities in crisis, and safeguard human lives.

About Us

The International Emergency Response and Rescue Technology Alliance (IERRTA) is a nonprofit organization registered in Texas, USA. We exist to strengthen the global capacity to respond to disasters by connecting knowledge, equipment, and people.

Our focus areas include:

• Urban Search and Rescue – providing training and equipment for building-collapse operations, breaching, detection, and technical reconnaissance.
• Water Rescue – supporting communities with advanced boats, lifesaving devices, and international expertise.
• Capacity Building – sending experienced instructors for on-site training and technical exchange with first responders.
• Humanitarian Support – donating world-class rescue equipment to strengthen frontline response forces in crisis-affected countries.
