The ACS is a nationwide, community-based, voluntary health awareness organization. The organization is dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health issue through research, education, adovacy and service. Pedal to End Cancer is a three-hour indoor cycling event hosted in gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers across New England.
