Project ESTEEM mentorship program is a non-profit organization created for our youth in 2015. Our team is comprised of a group of diverse professionals who have joined together to help youth unlock their self-worth through sharing our own life experiences. Our aim is to help youth overcome the barriers of their environment in hopes to prevent high risk behavior, mitigate their overwhelming transition to adulthood and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
Our curriculum objectives are implemented through team dynamics. Group mentoring helps enhance youth learning experiences by building positive, supportive relationships. Youth will strengthen communication, improve social skills and build healthy self-ESTEEM through both adult and peer interaction.
Our series of workshops focuses on communication, embracing self-worth, relationship building, conflict resolution, leadership skills and goal setting.
