ONE-TO-ONE WOMEN COACHING WOMEN

One to One is an international, virtual, volunteer organization that provides high quality, pro bono coaching to women emerging from challenging circumstances. We have more than 60 professional, certified coaches and are growing each year. We serve two primary audiences: Women emerging from challenging circumstances who cannot otherwise afford a coach and women who are caregivers of U.S. Military wounded veterans and often face significant stress, anxiety, depression and burn out. We pair each woman with a professional, experienced life coach to provide 26 weekly sessions of pro bono life coaching. The clients needs drive the process and some commonly addressed areas include stress management, life and career transitions, goal setting and creating balance between professional and personal lives.
