NROC is a nonprofit organization that provides learning opportunities to youth and young adults in Southwest Montana. We wish to give students a wide range of opportunities to experience their environment, exploring both physical and mental boundaries. In the past 20 to 30 years, lifestyle changes accumulated with pervasive detrimental effects on children. Nature is important to children's development in every major way—intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. Our goal, which compliments that of the recently established Children and Nature Network, is to “Leave No Child Inside.”
