Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association is a private, non-profit member organization comprised of a state-wide network of Community and Migrant Health Centers, Health Care for the Homeless programs and other organizations that share in the Association's mission to support the efforts of Wisconsin's Community Health Centers to fulfill their mission of providing access to comprehensive, community oriented primary health care services to people who are left out of the health care system because of geographic, financial, language or cultural barriers.
