On Stage Now Development Programs is a Surprise, Arizona–based nonprofit dedicated to supporting and growing Arizona’s local artists, musicians, and entertainers. We provide free programs that include live music and arts community events, artist mentorship, business counseling, recording assistance, and networking opportunities designed to help emerging and struggling artists build sustainable careers. One of our signature programs helps local musicians record their music and learn how to release and promote it on platforms like Spotify. Through education, connections, and hands-on support, we work to keep art and music alive by empowering independent artists across Arizona to grow, connect, and succeed.
