URBAN YOUTH KINGS & QUEENS

Urban Youth Kings and Queens (UYKQ) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to educate and empower Philadelphia’s children and adolescents through wellness, sports, and after-school programs to recognize their talents, pursue college, and become leaders in their communities. The goal of Urban Youth Kings and Queens is to create the next generation of Philadelphia’s community leaders by preparing our children for college and beyond. Our objectives are to overcome the factors that prevent young people from achieving their potential. At its core, each program offered by UYKQ seeks to improve academic performance, foster resilience, build character, develop sportsmanship, and teach health and wellness skills.
