Lacrosse the Nations (LtN) is a humanitarian organization that that unifies the lacrosse community to sustainably improve education and health while creating opportunity and hope for children in need. Using lacrosse and other physical activities, our programs teach important life skills and provide students with positive outlets for sports and play. Internationally, over 1000 students per week participate in PE and after-school lacrosse programs in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Domestically, 250 kids participate in our summer program through the Boys and Girls Club of Central Virginia.
