Greater Portland Family Promise addresses the needs of families experiencing or at risk of homelessness through shelter, homelessness prevention, and housing stabilization supports. GPFP serves families with dependent children. Almost 90% of families served by GPFP are asylum-seeking immigrants. The GPFP case manager will work collaboratively with other GPFP staff and partners to provide comprehensive case management for families at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
