Fresno CDFI is a revolving loan fund that provides financing and technical assistance for small businesses and community facilities projects. We provide one-on-one and classroom training through our experienced staff and a referral network of service providers to help entrepreneurs, business owners and project managers to identify the financing need, clarify the business model/strategy and package a loan request.
