The Center for Work Education and Employment's program supports for low-income, career seeking parents through three key programs: Foundational, Wellness, and Employment and Education programming. In the Foundational phase, CWEE helps participants set goals related to housing, childcare, and transportation to ensure long-term employment stability. The Wellness component provides trauma-informed counseling and social-emotional learning to improve emotional regulation and stress management. The Employment and Education program offers personalized career readiness training, digital skills, job search support, and information on educational opportunities like college and trade programs.
