The Chicago Metropolitan Sanctuary Alliance works to promote peace, justice, and human rights in Latin America through educational programs, public policy advocacy, response to human rights violations, and partnerships with people in Latin America. Through our Colombia Sanctuary Project we provide temporary safe haven for Colombians who are forced to leave their country because of their work for human rights.
