Catholic Charities - Connections Program

The Connections Program is voluntary adult mentoring program serving youth in Middlesex County and Franklin Township.  Adult volunteers are recruited and matched with a child or youth with special emotional needs. The adult volunteer provides a positive friendship to the child through one-to-one activities outside their family. We are actively seeking volunteers to serve as mentors to an at-risk youth.
