It is the belief of ‘WEEN DREAM that every child should be able to dress up and participate in Halloween regardless of his or her family’s ability to buy a costume. ‘WEEN DREAM accomplishes its mission primarily through the redistribution of publicly donated used and new Halloween costumes.
