'WEEN DREAM is a national nonprofit corporation that provides free Halloween costumes to children in need. 'WEEN DREAM's application for recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit is pending. It is the belief of ‘WEEN DREAM that every child should be able to dress up and participate in Halloween regardless of his or her family’s ability to buy a costume. ‘WEEN DREAM accomplishes its mission primarily through the redistribution of publicly donated used and new Halloween costumes.
