Compeer Friendship Program at the Mental Health Association in Beaver County

The Compeer Friendship Program of Beaver County provides volunteer friendship to adults in need through one to one matches, telephone support, or a one time activity. The one to one adult Compeer matches meet for about four hours a month and engage in acitivites that both friends enjoy such as getting a cup of coffee, taking a walk, watching a movie, etc. Compeer Calling consists of a volunteer who offers support to a person in need through the telephone, email, or letters.
