Syracuse Northeast Community Center

The mission of Syracuse Northeast Community Center is to work with area residents to provide services and programs to address the changing needs and interests of the City of Syracuse's north and northeast neighborhoods. Syracuse Northeast Community Center (SNCC) offers a continuum of support services for individuals at all stages of life, including seniors, youth, and families facing hunger, isolation, poor health, unstable housing, and crippling poverty. Our current programming revolves around five core areas: (1) senior support, (2) youth development, (3) family stability, (4) health education and access, and (5) community connections. The Executive Director, under the guidance of the Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all services and operations of the facility in order to promote and accomplish the agency mission and goals.
