Beneficial State Foundation owns the economic rights of Beneficial State Bank. Our ownership model means that the bank's profits must be distributed to the foundation in service to the community and not to an individual stakeholder or investor. The mission of Beneficial State Bank is to build prosperity in our communities through beneficial banking services delivered in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner.

Beneficial State Foundation engages in charitable and educational activities that primarily support the goals of Beneficial State Bank. Included are programs and initiatives to help eliminate discrimination, encourage affordable housing, alleviate economic distress, stimulate community development and improve the financial capacity for individuals and businesses.
