Our motto is:
"Help Us Help You Help Them"
We were founded by math and science nerds who's primary goal is to create positive changes in the world by identifying organizations and individuals that are already doing good work and helping them be more effective in their approach.
We prefer to partner with organizations that have a "Help me help you" approach to charity-work rather than automatically assuming that they know what's best for the population they are trying to help.
We have expertise in some very niche areas which has allowed us to help other nonprofits solve some of their hardest problems.
Fundamentally, we are a nonprofit that focuses our support on other nonprofits to help them be more successful and make a greater positive impact.
Our organization is named after a deceased education and literacy advocate who died in 2023.
We have quickly become one of (if not the leading) provider of STEM education in US prisons.
Most US prisoners have access to secure prison tablets with a Learning Management System app on them. We partner with what is essentially the Coursera of prisons and upload educational content, mostly about STEM, renewable energy, and the skilled trades.
We have started uploading content for anyone to access on YouTube. We have also started translating our existing content to a number of other languages including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla, Marathi, Maithili, Burmese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, etc.
