Amirah, Inc.

Amirah (ah-meer-ah) is a faith-based nonprofit organization that strives to provide a refuge for those seeking to break free from exploitation and heal in community on their journey toward lasting hope.

 We do this through three different programs: Residential, Outreach, and Education. We have two long-term recovery safe homes, one in Massachusetts and one in Connecticut, that support survivors of exploitation utilizing a whole-person, trauma-informed method. We also provide Outreach services in correctional facilities in Massachusetts and through our Community Resource Center in Lynn, MA. Finally, we educate the community and professionals in this work providing survivor-led trainings.
