The way we work is by implanting in a local community and building relationships with pertinent people, businesses, schools, and the community. Our program managers and coordinators will specialize, prioritize, and analyze the overall need for the community, with youth education and development being at the forefront. Programs, services, and events will harvest a sense of community within and help youth who are disadvantaged.
We primarily aim our programs and services to those who are considered disadvantaged. BFC’s definition of disadvantaged youth include, but are not limited to: African American communities, Hispanic and Latin communities, low income, disabled, English-learning, immigrants, emancipated, homeless, etc.
