Impact One Community Connection Inc. was founded June 1, 2009.

Our Mission:

Impact One Community Connection is the conduit connecting the people of the community with the resources of the world.

We strive to assist high-risk and at-risk youth, gang members and the forgotten members of society in becoming positive contributing members of the community through violence intervention and prevention, employability training, case management, re-entry assistance, family support and referral services.

Impact One currently has five staff members, with plans to expand significantly in the coming year. It has a significant and highly visible presence in the community. Central to the position will be an effort to broaden and diversify the organization’s revenues in order to expand its size and reach and more effectively carry out its mission.

Core agency activities include:

• Street and school outreach
• Crisis intervention in partnership with local hospitals
• Summer jobs programming and employment partnerships
• Family support and referral services
