Passavant Community

As a faith based community, Passavant Community has served elders for over 100 years supporting their Abundant Life(R) through the experience of the past while keeping an eye on future trends in elder care. A vital element in carrying out our Abundant Life(R) mission are the volunteers who come to serve our elders from the outside community. Our volunteer program is customized to provide a rewarding experience by meeting the needs and interests of the residents and the volunteers themselves. Person-centered care, social interaction and a sense of community are key as we care for independent, personal care and nursing residents. Passavant Community is rated as a 5 star certified nursing home by the Federal Government's Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services and also certified as a Great Place to Work.
