Mira Mesa AYSO has been serving the community for over 40 years, bringing affordable, accessible soccer to kids of all ages and skill levels. From our youngest 3 year old players just learning to kick a ball, to our teens competing at higher levels, we believe every child deserves a chance to play, grow and have fun, regardless of background or experience. We're 100% volunteer run, meaning every coach, referee, team parent, field coordinator, etc is a community member just like you. Our goal is simple: keep kids active, confident and connected through soccer, all while building something special in our Mira Mesa community.

Whether you love organizing events, being outdoors, managing logistics, or just want to lend a hand behind the scenes, we have a role for you. You don't need soccer experience, and not all roles are kid facing. If you like helping others and being a part of a positive group of people, we'd love to have you join us.
