Quality Community Health Care, (QCHC) is a federally qualified health care clinic (FQHC), which offers the highest level of preventive and comprehensive primary health and dental care services to residents of North Philadelphia and the surrounding community for the last 25 years.
Quality Community Health Care, Inc. was founded in 1980 under the name of 2501 Primary Health Care Center, Inc by a group of African American residents concerned about the lack of affordable and accessible primary care services in North Philadelphia.
