Girls Education Initiative of Ghana (U.S.), Inc.

Mission: The Girls Education Initiative of Ghana-US, GEIG provides girls, including applicants with special needs, beginning in junior secondary school, with the academic and financial support needed to reach college and professional opportunities.

The purposes for which the Corporation is formed are as follows: (a) to support and promote the educational advancement and development of Ghanaian female students including applicants with special needs, (b) to provide academic support, tutoring and college preparatory programs, (c) to plan, organize and fund events, including but not limited to scholarships, awards and employment opportunities for the students, and (d) to make donations to, collaborate with, and otherwise support organizations with similar charitable and educational purposes.
