We at VFS strongly believe our relationship-based volunteer services are ideal as they provide more benefit for both the senior and the volunteer. The relationship that is formed between people can provide the warmth and companionship that we all need to maintain a high quality of life. Our Goal is to connect people to resources that promote aging with independence and Increase community awareness of aging issues and generate community-based solutions to these issues.We are an expanding community of volunteers that provide a helping hand to the senior citizens by providing them the much-needed support. It could range from financial aid to necessary services that would help the senior citizens in attaining a stress-free mind-set. Most of the seniors we help out live in low-income housing for seniors.With Volunteering For Seniors, it’s about helping seniors that need it, not to gain from them.We feel proud that our Volunteering for Seniors organization has moved from MA to NH. We have very dedicated volunteers both adult and youth who work relentlessly to assure that the senior citizens are being able to lead a respectful and a happy social life.
