Volunteers International Cooperation Public Union was founded April 4, 2007 with the name of Students International Cooperation Public Union, and was registered by the Ministry of Justice on May 25, 2007. On October 28, 2011 the General Assembly of the organization changed its name and the aspect of its activities, and on December 29, 2011 these changes were registered by the Ministry of Justice. Volunteers International Cooperation Public Union works for creating ties among volunteers from different countries, for improving these relations, and contribute to the development of other spheres, if necessary.
