United Way of the North Shore, a member of United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, engaes caring people thourghout our city to invest time and resources where they are needed most. United Way provides the leadership and resources it takes to make long-lasting change, so that people can become independent. We focus on Income, Health, and Education as a way to increase the self-sufficiency of our community residents and reduce disparities:
We serve the following communities: Evanston, Wilmete, Winnetka, Northfield, Glencoe, Kenilworth, Highwood, Highland Park, Fort Sheridan, Lake Forest, and Lake Bluff.
