Bridges to Health/Puentes a la Salud is a program supported by University of Vermont Extension. The program works directly with farms in Grand Isle, Franklin, Chittenden, Lamoille, Orleans, Essex, and Caledonia counties to connect farmworkers and their families living and working on the farms with health services in Vermont. The program aims to increase health access for this population as well as give them the tools and confidence to navigate the health system in their region.
