The Harbour advocates for an provides services to youth, in order to enhance safety and stability, nurture personal growth, and promote the development of healthy relationships with their family and with others.
We actualize our mission by providing emergency shelter care to temporarily homeless girls ages 12-18, and transitional housing services to older adolescents. Homeless, abused, and neglected girls have the option of living in a supervised transitional housing facility while completing high school and transitioning to independence, older adolescents and parenting youth move into their own apartments. All youth receive intensive case management from a Master's level clinician as well as comprehensive services and life skills training.
