FOKUS nurtures success in under-resourced communities by exposing their members to unexpected art experiences. This is to help them discover their own creativity and use it to better these communities. Our program areas include arts education and community based arts events. We also publish INSIGHT, an online magazine. Through these methods, we increase the awareness of the various art disciplines by providing unique ways for people of all ages to access the art. Our goal is to allow individuals to understand what their creative talents are and apply this knowledge to any studies and professions of their future. The arts teach you how to create something from nothing and this innovative trait is what leads to success.
