Beach Flats Community Center works to improve the standard of living for residents of the Beach Flats neighborhood. More than a decade after its humble beginnings, the center has grown to be a gathering place for neighborhood events, a resource to families and children and also an advocate for the community as a whole. Many organizations use the space to hold events and programs but the staff at the center is also responsible for their own set of activities and services.
