The Syndicate LA

The Syndicate has come to realize and understand that there is a gap between our internal community and our external community due to rejection, misconceptions, etc. In "minding the gap", the Salvation Army Alegria and Zahn have developed an ongoing project to bridge that gap between the two communities. Here volunteers or interns not only develop and execute enriching programs as a team (art classes, movie nights, community events) but they also partake in some of the festivities already planned by staff (Bingo, Bowling). Ultimately, the Syndicate does not just provide volunteers but builds relationships that further leads to a more combined community effort between the parties. The Syndicate is taking volunteering to a whole new level!
