Leadership Eastside (LE) is an inclusive organization that promotes, connects, develops, and enriches leaders to be catalysts for addressing complex issues that challenge our communities. LE is focused on equipping and empowering informed and connected citizen leaders to include underrepresented voices in developing solutions that impact them, collaborating in ways that benefit the whole, and have a deep belief that everyone deserves to thrive.
