R&R Village

Our mission is to heal Black and ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery) communities from the moral injuries of systemic oppression by creating pathways for trauma recovery and empowering restorative justice practices to secure Black Futures.

We use culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices to address the moral injuries caused by systemic racism. Combining holistic mental health services, restorative justice, and community-based healing provides a proven pathway for individuals and families to recover, reconnect, and thrive.

R&R Village is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designed to heal the deep wounds of systemic oppression in Black and ADOS communities. By addressing moral injuries—psychological, emotional, and spiritual harm from generational trauma and systemic racism—R&R Village creates pathways for recovery and empowerment. Through trauma-informed care, restorative justice practices, and multigenerational living, we help individuals and families transform survival into sustainable dignity and self-actualization. At R&R Village, healing is not just individual—it is collective, ensuring a thriving, resilient future for the Black and ADOS community.

We are currently working to provide Workshops for Self-Discovery: Programs focusing on self-awareness, self-acceptance, and building self-esteem.
