RESULTS believes in the pursuit of a world where extreme poverty no longer exists. This world would be one where nobody dies of causes in one part of the world that are easily preventable in others, where all children recieve a quality education, where all people have access to economic opportunity, and where a critical mass of people take responsibility for guiding their government decision makers to create this kind of world.

So many of us want to make a difference, but don't know where to start, or think we don’t have the necessary skills. RESULTS reminds us that we have a voice and we can use it for effective, systemic change. As a RESULTS volunteer, you can be a part of ensuring that children around the world receive the necessary health services, nutrition, and education they need to reach their potential. Ensuring that people don't die from AIDS and other preventable diseases. Ensuring that women don't have to sell their children to slavery because they can't afford to feed them. These are the kinds of differences we can make when we engage our members of congress.
